Wildlife Explorer is a digital download. Purchases processed by Paddle are subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

Need help?

If a file will not open, a download fails or the product does not match your order, contact electronic.packs@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not send card details.

For payment or refund requests, you may also contact Paddle buyer support. Any approved refund is processed through Paddle, and access to the download is revoked. This page does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
